Order Processing Time
Pro-Balance business hours from Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm (excluding public holidays, storm signal 8 and Black Rainstorm Signal). We will process the order promptly while payment is verified. Since order processing cut-off time at 5p.m. daily, and therefore payment verified beyond cut-off time will be proceeded by next business day afterwards. We do not responsible for the delays due to customers, custom tax, holidays and other international factors. However, we will try our best to complete your shipment.

Delivery Policy
Please provide accurate delivery information to make sure every order can reach the proper destination. Please note that our parcel requires a signature on delivery for your protection. Otherwise, the parcel must be accepted and signed by someone at your delivery address. An extra shipping charge will be charged from yours for the failure order caused by improper information.

If the parcel is returned to us due to recipient refuse to pay additional charge or tax, refuse to provide ID copy, unable to make import declarations or parcel refused by recipient. If you want to redelivery, we will charge you the logistic fees (including two ways delivery fees) and 10% handling charge of the value of products. If you want to refund, we issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee, handling fee and 15% of the value of products as re-stocking fee. For details, please kindly refer to Customs & Tax and Undeliverable orders.

Since Custom Policies vary widely from Province/ Cities and it will be process randomly, your orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges for custom clearance must be borne by you. Pro-Balance has no control over these policies and does not assume responsibility for order return caused by Custom policies.

Exchange Policy
Pro-Balance knives have 1 year warranty, customer have to fill in the details and send back to us.

Pro-Balance is dedicated to provide the best service to customers. If there are any problems in the goods sold, such as damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days in order to make the best arrangement for you.

You should send back the purchased goods. If the return is a result of our faults, we will pay the shipping fee. Otherwise, consumers are responsible for the shipping fee.

Each order can be returned for once. All matters regarding to the return policy, Pro-Balance remains the right of final approval and decisions.

Situation that we will not return the purchased goods:
1. Over 7 days after received the goods.
2. The product is damaged, which is caused by inappropriate use
3. The packaging is missing.
4. The packaging is damaged.

Return Order
Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, P.O Box and hotel address, failed delivery attempts, refuse to pay tax/ refuse to provide ID documents/ unable to make import declarations or parcel refused by recipient. When an undeliverable package returned to us, customer(s) may choose the below solution:

1. To cancel the returned orders
Then we will issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee, handling fee and 15% of the value of products as re-stocking fee.
2. Re-ship the orders
We will re-ship the orders out. However, we will charge 10% handling charge of the value of products and all the return and re-ship charges related would be undertaken by the customer(s).
